Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
